Hey guys! I’ve talked a little bit about my journey to become healthier and to help others become healthier as well. I am in the middle of co-coaching my first fitness challenge group and I am working on starting my first 10 day clean eating challenge group. I wanted to give an open invitation to anyone who reads my blog to join in on this 10 day clean eating challenge group. It’s completely free, there is nothing that you need to purchase what so ever. The only requirement is that you sign up for a FREE Beachbody Club...

Recently, a tragedy happened. Two LDS missionaries, a brother and sister, who were serving separate missions, learned that their parents and two siblings that were waiting for them at home had died. I can’t imagine what these two young missionaries were thinking when they heard this news, and I’m not going to try and say that I have any idea of how they are feeling. This tragic event has lead me to think a lot about the after life and how grateful I am for the gospel. Because of my belief is Jesus Christ and because of the...

Hey Everyone! I wanted to post about moving from nap time to quiet time because I have to say, I was a little overwhelmed when it came time to move away from nap time. It’s just so sad! 🙂 My little boy has never been the greatest sleeper, and I have accepted that. I was super bummed however when at 22 months {and the birth of my daughter} he decided that naps were not for him anymore. I really had in my mind that most kids nap until they are in Kindergarten, right? Yeah, I was not prepared at ALL! Luckily, we transitioned. I...

K, everyone can make fun of my now because I had to look up how to spell croissant on google. Haha! 🙂 It’s a hard word! 🙂 Anyway! Onto the recipe. This is one our family favorites. My husband always gets excited when we have this, and I don’t have to argue with my children to eat it. We LOVE this meal. My Mother in law makes this a lot when we visit, and it is great when you need to feed a large group of people {or a small one!}It’s quick and easy to make, and, you just pair it with a fresh vegetable and you are...

Note: I am going to post some links in this post, however, they are NOT affiliate links. Just so you know 🙂 Anyone else live stinking far away from family? Haha, I love where I live, and I love enjoying new places, but taking my kids on long plane rides {or car rides!} and sometimes both! Gives me a GINORMOUS tummy ache. I may not be the most experienced flyer, but I am definitely experienced when it comes to flying with little kiddos. We lived in Florida for two years, and I took my sweet 18 month old from Gainesville, Florida to...

Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links… I know I know, I love blurb, I can’t help but share how much I love them and their gift giving options… They have another crazy awesome idea for a personal gift and I had to share 🙂 Blurb’s Chicken Soup For Your Soul! It can be really hard buying books for people as gifts. After all, you never know just which books they already have. And then when you do find the right book and give it to them, how do you make it really personal? Put in a book plate? Write an inscription?...

Tomorrow is the start of something exciting! I will be posting a few bow tutorials, necklace tutorials, and maybe even some boy accessory tutorials 😉 MAYBE 🙂 Haha, I am excited to share some of the things I have made as stocking stuffers for my little boy and little girl! Be sure to check them out! 🙂 Traci Share Share this:PrintTweetEmailMorePocketShare on Tumblr...

I am dedicating this recipe to my Mother. I am not a huge fan of lasagne because my Mother always made us Talarino. It isn’t quite as time consuming, has more veggies, and! Can be frozen for later! I love that my Mother taught me to try a lot of different kinds of foods, and for helping me to love fruits and veggies. This dish comes to together so quickly, and hides the veggies just right within the noodles and cheese, so they won’t even know they’re in there! Let me know what you think! Enjoy! 🙂 Talarino 2013-10-23...

My husband is a VERY busy man. And I bet a lot of you guys can relate, yeah? He has an incredible job that does allow for a lot of family time, however, he also has to travel daily across the state.  I am so grateful for the hard worker that my husband is, and know that if he could, he would rather be home playing with us all day, but am grateful he takes such good care of us. But that doesn’t mean I don’t miss him 🙂 I realized as my husband continued to get busier and busier, that I need to make sure that we make...

I have a super secret recipe for ya’ll today. {Yes, I just moved to Texas, and have decided maybe I need to start putting this word in my vocabulary 😉 My husband served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Mexico City, Mexico. He spent two years living in Mexico teaching others about Christ. While he was there he ate some incredible...
