I am so stoked to share this with you! This recipe is the first recipe I remember I made and became my own. I have always been interested in cooking, and my Mother, and Grandmother are incredible cooks, and I always hoped some of that came through. They taught me in highschool and my Mom and I came up with this recipe, and it was the first one that only I could make...

My husband loves hashbrowns. But, I don’t. I don’t really mind eating them, but I HATE making them. Not anymore, though! I had seen this floating around on pinterest, but never actually clicked on a link because I figured it probably didn’t work or was too much hassle or some other dumb reason. Probably because I didn’t want to add anymore to my thousands of pins. Seriously, thousands… Anyway… I decided to try it. All I did was wash three golden potatoes, grate them in a cheese grater, and add some...
My grandma loves to write. I am pretty sure I inherited my love of writing from her. She has books and books full of things she has written. I have always admired her and her dedication to her passions. She is a mother of 7 and a grandmother of who knows how many. It was a bowl of cereal topped with a scoop of ice cream. Best breakfast ever. Why not have dessert first...

All you need is: eggs bread butter salt & pepper I cook these on a griddle turned to about 350 F, but I’m sure a frying pan would be just fine. First, butter your toast. When your toast is sufficiently buttered, use some kind of a circle shape to cut out a circle. The mouth of a small mouthed mason jar works well. Place your buttered toast on your heated griddle. Crack...
