I know, this post is a little bit boring, stay with me k? One of my bestest friends in the world, Haley, taught me all I know about bows. Seriously, I was SO lost. I didn’t know what you needed to have, I don’t think I owned glue gun, and wrapping ribbon into something cute was SO confusing to me. Luckily, Haley is a pro and willing to share her skills. Thanks Haley!! This was one of the first things she taught me, just how to wrap a basic alligator clip. This works well for the one or two pronged clips. I like to get my...
I have to preface this post by saying, I sew, but I am not great at it, I am learning, but I say that to let you people like me out there know that this is a super simple sewing project. Doesn’t take long, gets you using a sewing machine, but nothing TOO tricky, and even for the beginner sewers, this is a simple and fun little project. I have made a bunch of these for friends and family as teething necklaces, but my little lady is 18 months {and not teething} And she still loves her, plus, the satin is just lovely, so it can be...
Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links… I know I know, I love blurb, I can’t help but share how much I love them and their gift giving options… They have another crazy awesome idea for a personal gift and I had to share Blurb’s Chicken Soup For Your Soul! It can be really hard buying books for people as gifts. After all, you never know just which books they already have. And then when you do find the right book and give it to them, how do you make it really personal? Put in a book plate? Write an inscription?...

I absolutely LOVE making bows and headbands. I love my little boy love love love, but when I found out I was having a girl, I got down to business! Disclaimer: There are affiliate links in this post. Thanks! I know, I am a bit early, but are you working on Christmas yet? I am having THE hardest time figuring something out for parents/grandparents. Does anyone else have that problem?? I have come to the conclusion that they really just love pictures, mainly of my kids {their grandkids} The nice thing about Blurb, is that instead of having to spend a ton of time and money on scrapbooking, they have a Blurb Gift Center, that has tons of ideas, with just a few clicks of a button! Blurb...
