I have a few challengers that DREAD the weekend. They feel like it just ruins all the progress they’ve made all week. And the truth is, a bad weekend CAN set you back a little bit. I recently heard a pod cast by Chalene Johnson where she talks about how to LOSE weight this weekend so when you step on the scale on Monday, the number is LOWER than it was on Friday. Wouldn’t that be amazing???

Eat only 8 hours, do cycling for 45 minutes, HIIT training, sleep an extra hour, no eating out, eat raw veggies and fruits…all of these are indeed great steps.
I first lost real weight about a year ago, I was 14 stone but I'm 6'3 so I guess I was normal for my height but I wanted to be less fat.
So I went on a soup diet for 2 weeks, it went like this, first 4 days I ate nothing but water and did light exercise, 5th day I was feeling like crap and extremely weak so I had 1 tin of soup, about 114 calories it was
