Hey all! Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great year! I’m excited that the link party is back!
We, at amouseinmykitchen.com have a SUPER exciting year planned out this year (okay.. we really only have about a month planned out but.. we’re working on it! It’s going to be epic!) I’ll be sharing some of our blogging goals later on, as well as stats from the last year so be sure and come back to check that out. One thing that we’ll be doing this year is a round up every other week of some of the links that are in the link party. It’ll be a great way to get even MORE exposure for your posts. I’m really excited about that. That will be exclusive to amouseinmykitchen so be sure to check back every other Friday starting on the 17th to see if your post was featured there! I’ll be continuing to feature my three favorites each week at the link party as well as the most clicked link.
Thanks so much for stopping by and linking up.
Here are my favorite three posts from the last link party –
Kids Activities for Christmas Break by Army Wife to Suburban Life
The Mother lode of Silhouette Tips by The Thinking Closet (also the most clicked!)
10 Best Freezer Meals For The Newborn Stage by A Time To Freeze

Thank you so much for featuring my post about newborn phase freezer meals! I really appreciate it!
Amazing blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you recommend starting with a free platform
like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there
that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any tips? Thanks a lot!
I suggest either going with wordpress.org, which is actually not a free platform. The wordpress you're thinking is wordpress.com and I would NOT suggest going with them. If you've never done any blogging before, I would start with blogger. It's free and very user friendly. I use wordpress.org, but you do have to pay for it. My biggest tip is to just not give up! write about what you're passionate about and write for yourself, not for anyone else.
