Just the baking soda and vinegar. I feel like it feels healthier and looks better. I think it depends on your hair type tho!

Do you use any other products in your hair? I always use a leave in conditioner/smoother, I wonder if I'd still need it?

I started back in February and I haven't looked back. I've been getting my 3 year old used to the smell of the vinegar so I can use it in her hair. LOVE IT!
