I know one of the hardest things about the 21 Day Fix is coming up with a meal plan and sticking to it. I know this from experience! I always say I’ll figure it out as the day goes and it never ends up working out.
So yesterday I sat down and figured out a meal plan for this next week. It’s simple and easy and if I follow it, I know I’ll have a successful week.
